This is an inbound customer service/sales position.
Our Specialists
take customer calls from new or existing customers to activate or
update accounts, assist with billing inquiries, and handle service
or equipment issues. Job one is providing the highest quality
customer experience. Once the customer is satisfied and his/her
problem resolved, our Specialists are required to transition that
call into sales by educating and offering products/services that
would be to the customer’s advantage.
There are no bilingual positions at this site.

Must be 18 years old
· HS Diploma/GED equivalent
· At least 1-2 years customer service experience
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights &
weekends
· Strong computer skills using Windows based systems
· Must be willing to sell Sprint Nextel product(s) or service(s)
on every eligable call
· Must be able to attend a 9 week mandatory training program
· Weekday hours of operation: 7am
– 1am
· Saturday hours of operation: 8am - 12 midnight
· Sunday hours of operation: 10am - 10pm
The Customer Specialist position is full time. Work schedules are
based upon business needs and
Specialists must be available to work any shift, any day of the week
during the hours of operation,
including nights, weekends, overtime and holidays. Shift bids are
based on seniority.
· Base pay $11.00-12.00/hour, based
on experience
· Shift differential paid for scheduled hours worked between
6 pm and 6am: · 6pm to 12 midnight = 10% ·
12 midnight to 6am = 15%
· Paid training
· Incentives offered for sales
After successfully completing training, the Specialist’s total
compensation includes base pay,
performance incentives, bonuses, and shift differentials.
